We are happy only when you are pleased, not merely satisfied, with your painting and our service. We want our masterpiece paintings to bring you pleasure and satisfaction for a lifetime. Please tell us if you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason. We’ll do our best to put things right. We are unable to satisfy bout 0.5% of our clients.
In the event our painting proves unsatisfactory after you receive it, even though you already approved it after carefully checking the numberous photographs we sent to you for preview of the painting before shipping the art work, you can return the reproduction painting to us:

You can also choose to have the refund used as credit towards future purchases from us.
If you have changed the painting by cutting off the 2-3 inches of white canvas around the edges of the art work, or mounted and/or framed it then removed it from the frame to return the painting — it is no longer in its “original condition” and will not be accepted nor will a refund be issued.
If the painting cannot be properly stretched, mounted and framed by another customer or if you have altered or damaged the painting in any way, it will not be accepted for return and a refund will not be issued.
We will provide you with the address of our Production Center in Bangkok, Thailand to return the painting for inspection to determine if you qualify for a refund.
If your review of the 3-24 photos of your totally hand painted oil on canvas reproduction painting causes you to be dissatisfied with our work, please explain in detail exactly what the painter needs to do to revise the painting. He will do his/her best to implement your request for changes. When finished we'll send new photos of the revised painting.
If the painter cannot please you even with the revisions, we'll have a new artist paint a new painting at no additional cost to you.
In the event that none of our paintings and none of our revisions are able to please you, a refund can be requested and we'll return the painting commission fee minus:
