     We are happy only when you are pleased, not merely satisfied, with your painting and our service. We want our masterpiece paintings to bring you pleasure and satisfaction for a lifetime. Please tell us if you are not delighted with your purchase for any reason. We’ll do our best to put things right. About 1% of our paintings are returned for some reason.

     In the event our painting proves unsatisfactory after you receive it even though you approved it after carefully checking the 3-24 photographs we sent to you for preview of the painting before shipping the art work, you can return the reproduction painting to us:

• 1) at your expense;

• 2) in its original condition; and

• 3) we must receive it within 30 days of the day it was shipped to you as stated on the courier's airwaybill.

     If these three conditions are met satisfactorily, we’ll refund the purchase price, minus: 

• 1) our shipping costs;

• 2) any credit card processing fees (if applicable);

• 3) any import duty imposed by Royal Thai Customs when your painting is
       returned to Thailand; and

• 4) a US$20 restocking fee.

     You can also choose to have the refund used as credit towards future purchases from us.

     If you have changed the painting by cutting off the 2-3 inches of white canvas around the edges of the art work and have mounted it and framed then removed it from the frame to return the painting then it is no longer in its “original condition” and will not be accepted nor will a refund be issued.

     If the painting cannot be properly stretched, mounted and framed by another customer or if you have altered or damaged the painting in any way it will not be accepted for return and a refund will not be issued.

     We will provide you with the address of our Production Center in Bangkok, Thailand to return the painting for inspection to determine if you qualify for a refund.

     We regret that Royal Thai Customs regulations and procedures as well as other factors make it impossible for us to accept returns of framed paintings. Also, once wood and borders have been been cut and made into a custom frame, they cannot be re-used for another painting.

     For these reasons, please ask us to stretch, mount, and frame your painting only if  you are confident that your choice of framing is suitable for your painting and you understand and accept that all computer monitors display colors differently and that the colors of frames on our site are only approximate. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given for frames, borders, stretching or mounting. If you are not sure, do the framing in your local area.

     If your review of the 3-24 photos of your totally hand painted oil on canvas reproduction painting causes you to be dissatisfied with our work, please explain in detail exactly what the painter needs to modify about the painting. He will do his/her best to implement your request for changes and when finished we'll send new photos of the revised painting.

     If the painter cannot please you even with the modifications, we'll have a new artist paint a new painting at no additional cost to you.

     In the event that none of our paintings and none of our revisions are able to please you, a refund can be requested and we'll return the painting commission fee minus:

• 1) any credit card processing fees (if applicable); and

• 2) a US$20 restocking fee.
