     We loveto hear your questions, comments, suggestions, opinions, and requirements. We have an “prompt response” policy and try to respond to email inquiries as soon as we receive them or at least within 24 hours. However, beginning in mid-2006, mail filters (particularly AOL) started vigorously causing our incoming and outgoing email to go missing. So if you don't hear back from us fairly quickly then we probably never got your message or you never received our response.

     In April 2007, we completely overhauled our email system to try to solve this problem. In 2008, mail filters again became mindless and unhelpful, killing even simple, short completely harmless messages to customers from not only our own server but also Yahoo Mail or HotMail. Add us to all the white lists you have or expect problems with your mail to us never arriving or our mail to you going missing without notification.
